By placing an order with Coffee Kups Depot you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing. We sell genuine, brand-name coffee products sourced from authorized channels. Prices and availability may change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing error, we'll contact you before charging or cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Orders. We may cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud or address issues); you'll always receive a full refund. Once an order ships, our Shipping and Returns policies apply.

Trademarks. All brand names and logos (Keurig®, K-Cup®, and the coffee brands we carry) are property of their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine products. Coffee Kups Depot is an independent retailer and is not endorsed by or affiliated with these brands.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
