Returns & Refunds

Coffee, tea & beverage pods: because these are food products, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed boxes within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item shows up, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.

Brewers & accessories: returnable within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Defective units are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

To start a return or report a problem, email greendeals789@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
