Pods & beverages: unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded free — just email a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Brewers & accessories: 30-day returns in original packaging. Defects replaced or refunded at no cost; non-defective returns pay return shipping (10% restocking fee may apply).
