About Coffee Kups Depot

Coffee Kups Depot is a family-run online coffee retailer based in Lakewood, New Jersey. We're operated by Charming Holdings LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company (registered 2016), and we've been shipping single-serve coffee to households and offices across the United States since our online store opened.

Our idea is simple: your favorite K-Cup® compatible pods, in the counts you actually go through, at honest bulk pricing — with a real person on the other end when you need help.

What we sell

We carry 50+ genuine, brand-name coffee lines — from Green Mountain and The Original Donut Shop to Starbucks, Peet's and Lavazza — plus Keurig® brewers, water filters and accessories. Every item we ship is a 100% authentic, factory-sealed product sourced through authorized U.S. supply channels. We do not repackage, refill, or private-label anyone else's coffee.

How we operate

  • Ships from U.S. stock — orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–6 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States.
  • Free shipping over $45, a flat $8.99 under that.
  • 30-day returns on unopened items, and full replacement or refund on anything that arrives damaged or wrong — see our Refund Policy.
  • Secure checkout over SSL, with payments handled by trusted, encrypted processors (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major cards).
